Calendar

One screen answers the question “when”

Period, forecast, fertile window and days with entries, all in one month. The forecast comes from your own cycle history, not from a textbook average.

  • Period
  • Predicted period
  • Fertile window
  • Ovulation day
  • Diary entry
  • Today
  • Logging your period takes one tap

The “Period started” button sits at the top of the day card, so the start and the end are marked without hunting through screens.

  • The forecast is yours to correct

Got the date wrong? Change the day in the calendar and the forecast recalculates straight away.

  • Fertility can be switched off

If you don't need it, the whole section disappears: from the calendar, the forecast and the notifications.

Diary

Over 60 things to track: use only yours

Four sections per day: cycle, wellbeing, intimate health and lifestyle. Sections you don't need are hidden in settings and stop showing up.

Plus a free-text note. All of it lands in the database on your phone, and nowhere else.

Stats

Six months of cycles on one screen

Average cycle and period length, the list of past cycles, and the symptoms that keep coming back.

  • Calculated on the device

Nothing is processed on a server: the numbers come from your local database, even in airplane mode.

  • Something to show your doctor

Average lengths and cycle history open in seconds at an appointment. You can keep your doctor's contacts in the app too.

  • Free to keep reading

Calendar, history and stats stay available after the trial ends: your records are never held hostage.

Reminders

Notifications that don't say too much

Period coming up, late cycle, fertile window, ovulation: switch on only what you want. And if other people see your lock screen, turn on hidden text.

  • A heads-up 1–5 days ahead, or on the day itself
  • A reminder to mark the end of your period
  • An alert when the cycle is later than predicted
  • You pick the time of day
  • Everything is scheduled on the device: there are no push servers

Privacy

There is nothing here to leak

CycleNote has no server, no accounts and no analytics. Your entries live in a database on your iPhone and leave it only when you save a backup yourself.

No cloud

Not one entry is sent to our servers. We don't have any.

PIN and Face ID

Lock the app with a code and biometrics, in case the phone ends up in someone else's hands.

Hidden text

The lock screen shows the app name and nothing about your cycle.

The backup is yours

A .cyclenote file saves wherever you want and restores on a new phone.

No analytics

We don't count app opens and we have no idea what you do inside.

Deletion is final

“Erase all data” wipes the database: we hold no copy that anyone could forget to delete.

Also in the app

The small things that make daily use work

  • Fast day entry

The day card opens with one tap straight from the calendar.

  • Flexible reminders

Four kinds of notification, each switched on separately.

  • PIN and Face ID

A lock on the app and cover from a glance over your shoulder.

  • Backups

Save the .cyclenote file to Files, iCloud Drive, or send it to yourself.

  • Hideable sections

Fertility and intimate health switch off when you don't want them.

  • Four languages

English, Russian, German and Dutch, switchable in settings.

  • My doctor

Clinic contacts and address, there when you suddenly need them.

  • Works offline

The internet is needed once, for the purchase. After that the app runs without it.

Questions

What people usually ask

Where do my entries go?

Nowhere. They stay in a database inside the app on your iPhone. CycleNote has no server, no account and no sync, so there is nowhere to send them.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Your entries go with it unless you have a backup. That's the flip side of keeping data on the device. Use “Settings → Data → Save a copy” to create a .cyclenote file and keep it in Files or iCloud Drive.

How do I move my data to a new iPhone?

Save a copy on the old phone, install CycleNote on the new one and choose “Restore from a file”. Every cycle and entry comes back.

Is this a subscription?

No. 45 days free, then a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Nothing renews and nothing is charged twice.

What stops working after the trial?

New diary entries and notifications. Calendar, history, stats, backups and data deletion stay free forever.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. The app ships on iOS first; an Android version is planned.

Can I rely on the forecast?

The forecast is built from your own cycle history and is meant for planning — not for contraception and not for diagnosis. CycleNote is not a medical device; talk to a doctor about health questions.

How do I erase everything at once?

“Settings → Data → Erase all data”. The database is wiped from the device and cannot be recovered, unless you have a backup file.

Your cycle is your business

Install CycleNote, mark the first day of your last period, and the calendar starts working. Nothing else is asked of you: no email, no password, no consent form.
